Job Title – IT Application Development Manager

Location – Remote (U.S. based only)

Role Type – Direct Hire

• Strong experience with Salesforce, including expertise with the Versus
  12 (V12) Enterprise Application Suite
• Background in the healthcare industry, with a focus on supporting medical providers
• Familiarity with provider credentialing processes (preferred)
• Proven track record managing application development teams, including true development (not just configuration)
• Strong business-first mindset with the ability to translate business needs into application functionality
• Experience leading self-directed teams, managing deliverables and priorities proactively
• Expertise with Salesforce integrations across enterprise systems

• Lead and manage a hybrid team of developers, business analysts, and QA professionals
• Oversee multiple Salesforce-based applications, including one core app, a customized V12 solution, and a new homegrown platform
• Act as a delivery leader, driving initiatives without needing close supervision or follow-up
• Serve as the application expert, confidently guiding feasibility discussions and knowing when to involve vendors
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand processes and ensure application development aligns with goals
• Own the roadmap and prioritize enhancements based on business impact
• Drive continuous improvement and performance across the development team
• Mentor and coach team members to foster long-term growth and success
• Proactively identify risks and elevate issues as needed
• Ensure scalable and efficient integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
• Support the organization’s mission to enhance provider operations through technology solutions
• Play a key role in sustaining and expanding internal Salesforce capabilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
