RPA Automation Engineer

CMG Financial is looking for a skilled RPA Automation Engineer to support process automation and AI-powered chatbot initiatives at CMG Financial. Your expertise in RPA, AI technologies, and automation best practices will be critical in enhancing our chatbot capabilities and scaling intelligent automation solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative automation strategies that drive business value.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The successful candidate will work with a multi-functional team remotely, to ensure CMG continues to innovate.
• Develop and optimize RPA workflows (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate), AI-powered chatbot functionality & Azure AI Document Intelligence.
• Design, build, and maintain automation solutions that streamline internal operations and reduce manual workloads.
• Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and compliance in automation implementations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 6+ years of experience in automating processes using RPA technologies.
• Possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with an attitude of collaboration.
• 2+ years of experience in AI-powered automation or chatbot integration.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (360), REST APIs, and SQL.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate.
• Migration experience from Automation Anywhere to Power Automate.
• Certifications in Automation Anywhere (A360) & Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning.
• Experience with process analysis, design, implementation, and systems testing.
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or two years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of one year of related work experience.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.

CMG pays a competitive salary which ranges from $100,000 - $125,000. Factors that affect salary may include:
Automation Engineer experience, AI experience overall technical knowledge, number of years worked in similar positions, types of roles performed, computer skills, experience specific to working with mortgage lenders, and education.
