Senior Quantitative Analyst

Overview

We're a small, fully remote team of motivated engineers and analysts taking on the challenge of providing liquidity to crypto markets. We have built a system trading billions of dollars of volume monthly through systematic market making and have plans to expand to boost our metrics by an order of magnitude this year. The immediate challenges are building a world class quant research infrastructure by setting up data collection, model training and parameter optimization pipelines, building risk/portfolio management frameworks from the ground up.

The ideal candidate would also have intimate knowledge of market microstructure. We are well funded, move quickly, value autonomy and have no hierarchy.

We are looking for someone very senior ideally, who would head quant research efforts at our company, but willing to consider exceptional candidates of any level of experience.

• Hardworking and self starter attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team in fluent English
• Be located within the range of US East Coast to Europe timezones (GMT-4 to GMT+3)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a quant with at least 1 year of HFT / Market making experience
• Experience with market microstructure and/or pricing engines, setting up ML pipelines
• Extensive professional experience with C++ or Python

• Develop and maintain high performance systems to store, retrieve data at large scale for backtesting, parameter optimization
• Develop pricing and risk models and deploy them to production, monitor and iterate
• Collaborating closely with engineers, build systems and frameworks for managing risk, monitoring trading
• Identify new venues and markets to trade
