Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM.
Core Service Now expertise:
- Strong understanding of Service Now platform architecture, scripting (Glide Script, Glide Ajax, Client Scripts, Business Rules), and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Demand Management – capturing, evaluating, and prioritizing demands.
- Resource Management – allocation, forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Financial Planning – cost plans, benefit plans, budgets.
- Agile Development / SAFe integration with SPM.
- Strong knowledge of roadmap planning, OKRs, and strategic alignment features in Service Now.
- Data migration and reporting – building Performance Analytics dashboards for portfolio KPIs.
Experience integrating SPM with Jira / Azure Dev Ops for agile delivery.
Knowledge of Service Now Roadmap Planning and Scenario Planning.
Exposure to enterprise PMO processes and governance frameworks (PMI, PRINCE2).
