Innovate! Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its geospatial solutions team as a GIS Analyst - Level III
. You may be called upon to assist with the design, development, and maintenance of geospatial applications through the concept, design, and implementation phases. Your role will also include supporting other personnel in utilizing GIS applications and software as well as interfacing with clients and teaming partners.

Location: Candidates can work remotely.

Salary Range: $75000-$105000 annually

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Produce maps and cartographic products using Esri products and tools (including Arc Info and Arc View/Arc Map/ArcGIS).
  • Manage small-scale GIS projects and provide customer assistance for mapping and geospatial analysis needs.
  • Analyze complex geographic data and provide technical support for GIS application design, development, and analysis using Esri products and tools.
  • Design, develop, document, test, and certify applications, programs, and system functionality in support of geospatial analysis, as required.
  • Provide technical expertise to develop effective solutions to complex, geospatially-focused projects and support project management objectives.
  • Provide support for cartographic design and high-quality map production projects.
  • Develop GIS models for high-end data display software and end-user analysis.
  • Create and manage geospatial databases, including developing and managing data in geodatabases using SQL, Oracle, and other relational database management systems.
  • Maintain FGDC-compliant metadata for all spatial data under the analyst’s responsibility.
  • Perform common GIS tasks and contribute to customization of ArcGIS GUIs as needed for analytical workflows.
  • Provide GPS and GIS services to create original mapping, perform format conversion, maintain data, and prepare reports for various customers.
  • Process base map data for loading into spatial geodatabases and support data modeling, ingestion, and processing.
  • Provide GIS, GPS, LIDAR, UAV, and imagery support to the ATF National Response Team at various locations in the continental United States.
  • Support research efforts involving cutting-edge technologies such as AI, machine learning, and augmented/virtual reality as they apply to geospatial analysis.
