We’re seeking a strategic and versatile M&A Transaction Advisor to support end-to-end deal execution. This cross‑functional role blends financial, operational, and organizational expertise to guide clients through diligence, integration, and value realization. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure deals are executed smoothly and deliver long‑term impact.

Key Responsibilities- Develop integration and separation playbooks tailored to each transaction.
- Identify deal risks and design mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and alignment sessions.
- Support synergy modeling, value tracking, and post‑close performance metrics.
- Deliver executive‑level presentations and strategic reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6+ years in M&A advisory, consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Experience across multiple diligence work streams (financial, operational, HR, IT).
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of BPO operations and strategic growth levers.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Strong executive presence and facilitation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent M&A engagements.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
