Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Varicent Developer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and maintaining Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Varicent ICM models, including dashboards, reports, and workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform data integration, validation, and troubleshooting within the Varicent platform.
• Support deployment, testing, and documentation of Varicent solutions.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Varicent ICM development and administration.
• Strong understanding of sales compensation processes and rules.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Experience with scripting and automation within Varicent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
