• Ensure the building, exterior, grounds, utilities, and fixtures stay fully functional.
• Perform basic carpentry, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Maintain and PM the conveyor system and warehouse equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues.
• Read and interpret building and machine drawings.
• Repair floors, dock doors, lighting, and other property needs.
• Maintain accurate facility equipment files.
• Operate MHE: electric pallet jacks, forklifts, turret trucks, order pickers, and conveyor equipment.
• Assist with OSHA compliance; follow SOPs; actively support the Safety Culture.
• Join safety teams, provide suggestions, and help identify/mitigate risks.
• Meet productivity and quality targets; foster MSC culture.
• Sort/match departmental reports; clean spills; contribute to special projects.
• Assist with receiving tasks such as inspecting shipments and verifying items and quantities.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of maintenance experience (or equivalent)
• Carpentry knowledge and safe work practices
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to interpret hydraulics, electrical information, and pneumatics

• Lift up to 75 lbs (individual or team lift); push/pull/carry materials
• Stand, walk, and sit throughout the shift; climb stairs and work at heights up to 50 feet
• Balance, stoop, kneel, bend repeatedly; reach high and low; repetitive wrist/hand motions
• Wear PPE as required; maintain visual/hearing acuity and mental alertness

• Obtain internal certification to operate warehouse vehicles within the specified timeframe
