Our client, a well-known accounting and tax software provider
, is hiring a remote Experiential Event Manager to join their team. This will support PST business hours.

* This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!*

In this role, you will support their internal creative team with leveraging your deep expertise in overseeing the strategy and execution of a portfolio of events, which includes domestic trade shows, large-scale employee events, and critical work streams within larger event projects.

• Drive strategy, planning, and execution to create moments that matter
• Provide expert leadership to collaborative project teams to drive E2E experiences
• Develop, manage, and execute against workback plans, cross-functional timelines, detailed project plans, and workstream requirements
• Direct the team's creative process and readiness milestones to ensure alignment on content, logistics, and troubleshooting before final delivery

• 5+ years of expereince in E2E event project management
• Experience leading complex programs across multiple global campuses or off-site locations
• Experience working with event production agencies
• Ability to travel domestically 15-20% of the time
