Responsibilities- Account Management:
Oversee account growth, budget planning, and team KPI tracking; actively participate in hiring decisions. - People Management:
Lead team hiring, performance, and engagement management; support staff in their personal and professional growth. - Stakeholder Management:
Provide regular status updates and ensure effective client expectation management; build and enhance relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen collaboration. - Project
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks through effective communication and implementation of robust risk management strategies. - Process Improvement & AI Adoption:
Guide teams through process setup and project planning; play a supportive role in implementing new processes, with a particular focus on facilitating and accelerating AI adoption across teams.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, simultaneously leading 4+ teams (20+ people in total).
- Proven experience supporting teams that deliver multiple products within one organization.
- Demonstrated success introducing new processes to teams, with hands‑on involvement in AI adoption initiatives.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Scrum, and SAFe; practical experience and ability to lead teams within the SAFe framework.
- Expertise in risk management (identify/communicate/fact).
- Track record in building new teams and driving the hiring process.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
