• Executecompanystrategyandoperationalprioritiesacrossassignedretaillocations.
• Partner with Marketing and Procurementteamstodevelopandexecutepromotionalstrategiesthatsupportbothtop -linegrowthandmarginobjectives.
• Overseecashhandling,inventory controls,delivery operations,andsecurityprotocolsacrossallassignedlocations.
• Schedule,support,andparticipateinregularfinancial,operational,andcomplianceaudits;ensurecorrectiveactionsareimplementedandsustained.

• Provide leadership,guidance,andsupporttostoremanagersandassistantmanagerstoensureoperationalexcellenceandaccountability.
• Leadperformancemanagementprocesses,includinggoalsetting,coaching,feedback,recognition,corrective action,andsuccessionplanning,inpartnershipwithHR.
