Manufacturing Technician - rotating Day shifts

Job Type: Full-time

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Follow production schedules and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new employees in manufacturing procedures.
• Understand the different types of raw materials and the appropriate manufacturing location where they should be utilized.
• Check the quality of products.
• Examine, measure, and weigh materials or products.
• Inform the shift supervisor about product quality problems, equipment problems, and safety concerns.
• Perform any other duties that the company in its sole discretion may assign as needed.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints, preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
• Ability to troubleshoot and multitask.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Team player who is reliable and trustworthy.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent; required.
• Technical degree or certification, preferred.
• Experience with 5S, preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, at least 1 year, required.
• Experience as a machine mechanic, preferred.
• Some electrical experience, preferred.
• Overhead crane experience, preferred.
• Quality control experience, preferred.
• Forklift experience, required.

• Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Position requires standing, walking, using stairs or ladders, driving an automatic forklift, climbing, squatting, stooping, twisting, bending, grabbing, and grasping.
• Must be able to work in an uncontrolled environment.
