Allied Reliability is looking for a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fernley, NV. This role requires broad experience across multiple plant systems, including industrial boilers, HVAC systems, and PLCs. You will ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility and participate in major repairs and maintenance tasks, while working independently and collaboratively with engineering teams.
The ideal candidate has over 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, a strong safety-first mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot various mechanical and electrical systems effectively.
