Manufacturing Technician

Agru America Inc., a leader in engineered geosynthetics and plastic piping systems, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support safe, efficient production of high-performance liners and pipes. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment, perform basic mechanical troubleshooting, and conduct quality checks to ensure products meet strict standards for critical infrastructure and environmental applications. You'll follow safety and 5S practices, document production data, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams in a culture focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
