Senior Director, Customer Marketing
As a senior leader of the marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing & GTM, you will lead our strategy to turn customers into advocates by encouraging customer interaction, collaboration, and advocacy. You will impact the business by creating an engaged, loyal customer base and increasing customer engagement, retention, loyalty, upsell, and cross-sell through targeted campaigns, advocacy programs, and cross‑functional collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams.
Responsibilities- Create and execute a customer advocacy strategy that delivers meaningful customer experiences and fosters brand loyalty.
- Own the strategy for increasing customer engagement, retention, loyalty, upsell and cross‑sell through targeted campaigns, advocacy programs, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Strategically grow the customer community to engage and nurture customers at various stages in their journey, enabling them to realize better security outcomes.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing team, fostering a culture that leads with empathy and puts customers first.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform strategy and optimize performance.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing with a focus on intentional customer engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team and drive positive collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Highly collaborative; works cross‑functionally to deliver better customer outcomes and drive business results.
- Analytical mindset; uses data to make informed decisions, adjust strategies, and deliver results aligned with the business.
