This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a good ear and an eye for detail. No audio engineering background required.

• Listen to audio recordings and evaluate them for clarity, accuracy, and overall quality
• Identify issues such as background noise, mispronunciations, distortion, or unnatural phrasing
• Verify that transcriptions accurately match their corresponding audio content
• Provide structured, detailed feedback on each recording using evaluation tools
• Work through batches of audio independently and at your own pace
• Work asynchronously on your own schedule

• A sharp listener with the ability to detect subtle differences in audio quality
• Detail‑oriented and consistent — you apply the same standard across every recording
• Reliable and self‑motivated when working independently
• Comfortable using audio playback tools and digital platforms
• In possession of headphones or earbuds for focused listening
