Compensation

Hourly wage: $17 - $30 per hour
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Food and consumable associates focus on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.

Take care of customers and provide excellent service.

Manage and organize merchandise on the sales floor.

Create seasonal display features and promotional signage.

Assist with inventory and returns as needed.
