Regional Sales Manager – Health & Nutrition – Southeast

Location: Remote – Southeast U.S.

Compensation: Up to $150K/Year (Base salary, Bonus)

What you’re up to
  • Sell Health Ingredients to Dietary Supplement CDMOs and brand owners across the territory.
  • Develop and execute the annual sales budget for the territory to hit volume and revenue targets.
  • Provide commercial sales leadership and strategic initiatives for South Eastern North America, reporting to the Director of Sales.
  • Maintain and expand the customer base through regular visits and proactive engagement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities—win reputable new logos and expand share of wallet with existing accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance and variances; ensure alignment with financial and performance objectives.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and strategic account plans based on data analysis and market trends.
  • Build deep product knowledge, including specifications and scientific documentation.
  • Own customer complaints and technical issues; coordinate with Tech Service for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align regional activities with company objectives.
  • Partner with Accounting on receivables and support collections as needed.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and current for all opportunities, following company policy.
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports; drive action plans to achieve territory targets efficiently.
Who we’re looking for
  • Experience:

    Minimum 5 years in B2B sales with strong relationships in the Nutraceutical sector (Ingredients/Capsules).
  • Territory Experience (must-have):
    Proven track record selling nutraceutical ingredients in the U.S. Southeast region.
  • Core Sales

    Skills:

    Planning, forecasting, negotiation, sales process management, pipeline hygiene, and market mapping.
  • Interpersonal:
    Strong relationship builder; self-starter who performs under pressure and works independently.
  • Travel: ~30% within the U.S. and Canada for customer meetings.
