Your Mission:

Prospect Base eagerly seeks an Account Director, Enterprise who shares our passion for data-driven, digital media solutions and thrives in our dynamic atmosphere. This role positions you as a key consultant for some of the world's fastest-growing brands. Join us at the forefront of innovation and be a catalyst for our continued success!

What You'll Do:

  • Drive consultative sales of Prospect Base’s B2B product portfolio to marketers
  • Exceed annual, monthly, and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Innovate methods to promote and accelerate sales goals achievement within the region
  • Cultivate relationships with enterprise accounts, ensuring new business, renewals, and upsells
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to surpass annual sales goals
  • Act as a digital marketing consultant, leveraging industry best practices to support client revenue objectives
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive client success and satisfaction
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Your Profile/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, particularly within large enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of meeting annual targets exceeding $2 million USD
  • 5+ years of successful experience selling B2B digital marketing solutions to marketing leadership
  • Familiarity with Prospect Base and/or Account-Based Marketing is advantageous
  • Strong technical aptitude to effectively communicate our capabilities
  • Consultative sales approach with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
