Global industrial equipment manufacturer seeking a Sales Manager to support and grow thermal capital equipment product lines across North America. This role serves as the technical and commercial face of the business for assigned product lines.
Responsibilities:
- Own the sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal, negotiation, and order close.
- Engage customers on-site to understand applications, challenges, and buying drivers.
- Develop competitive positioning based on performance, value, and ROI.
- Generate opportunities through customer visits, trade shows, seminars, and industry events.
- Manage accurate, timely proposals aligned with market dynamics and margin targets.
- Serve as customer liaison from purchase order through equipment acceptance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years proven industrial sales of heat treatment furnaces / equipment.
Remote role with ~35–40% travel across the U.S. and Canada.
