We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall upkeep and safety of our apartment community, providing residents with a comfortable and well-maintained living environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility maintenance, Bi-Lingual (SPANISH/ENGLISH), excellent problem-solving skills, and have basic computer knowledge.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment equipment and systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management, addressing issues efficiently and effectively.
• Assist with preventative maintenance initiatives to prolong the life of equipment and minimize future repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects and tasks as needed, ensuring a safe and pleasant living environment for residents.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time logs and maintenance reports.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards to maintain a secure and hazard-free community.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role, preferably within a residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of various maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This position may require occasional lifting of heavy objects, working in various weather conditions, and being on call for emergency maintenance after hours.
