Pearce is hiring for a Telecommunications Lead Installer - Level IV. You will oversee installation, re-configuration, and integration of Central Office equipment, including power, fiber, and data systems, across customer sites with supervision of crews.
You will read and follow detailed procedures, test records, and schematics; supervise technicians, ensure safety and quality, and interface with customers to complete turns-up and validation of systems.
