Sr. Batch Developer (UNIX/C/SQL/Member Recipient & Eligibility)

Gainwell Technologies, an innovative healthcare technology company, is hiring a Senior Batch Developer to drive the development of healthcare administration products used by millions of patients. The role involves programming, testing, documentation, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

• Analyze customer information requirements and product specifications to define technical content strategy and plan.
• Design, develop, and maintain written and visual product‑related information including hard copy, web guides, and online help systems for various audiences.
• Code, build, compile, and test online information and configure system hardware to create deliverables and provide feedback on user interfaces.
• Develop standards, style documents, templates, scripts, style sheets, and graphic libraries to ensure a common look and feel.
• Interface with cross‑functional areas such as marketing, test, support, and manufacturing as part of the product development team.
• Apply intermediate level subject‑matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues; evaluate unique circumstances and make recommendations.
• Exercise independent judgment within defined practices to determine appropriate actions and provide project direction input.

• 5+ years of application design, development, and programming with C language, UNIX/Linux, and SQL (Oracle).
• Experience documenting and executing unit test cases.
• Experience supporting system design, development, maintenance, and modification.
• Previous healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare IT systems experience (Member Recipient & Eligibility experience highly desired).

• Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States.

Base pay range: $70,000 – $85,000 per year. (Actual pay based on skills and experience)
