System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western region of America. As a driver, you will transport materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

• Weekly Pay: $1,063.13 – $1,812.07
• Annual Pay: $55,282.50 – $94,227.47
• Accessorial pay: tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonus, over‑dimensional, mileage
• Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.55 – $0.84 per mile
• Transition Package: $1,800; $1,000 for first 2 weeks orientation
• Health, dental, vision insurance; HSAs; 401(k) and 401(k) matching; life insurance; employee assistance; orientation and transition pay; sick leave and PTO based on years of service

• Home Time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off (division specific)
• Division: 245; terminal:
  Phoenix, AZ

Pets not allowed. Riders aged 7+ after 90 days of safe driving are allowed.

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• Safe driving record
• No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
• 4+ months driving experience
• Background check, clean drug test, clean clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (test during orientation)
• Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience
