Flatbed Class A CDL Regional Driver

Pay: $1,033.39 – $1,795.03 per week (full pay package includes accessorials).

Driver Information

Financial Package

Weekly Pay: $1,033.39 – $1,795.03 per week

Annual Pay: $53,736.33 – $93,341.73 per year (depends on experience, routes, attendance, service).

Additional accessorial compensation: tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over-dimensional pay, mileage, etc.

Flatbed regional driver rate: $0.52 – $0.66 per mile (depending on experience).

Transition package: $1,800, including $1,000 for orientation (first two weeks).

Responsibilities

Transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

Paid time off: 80 hrs for 1–9 years, 120 hrs for 10+ years, plus 1 hour of sick time per 30 hours worked.

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL.
At least 21 years old.
Safe driving record required.
No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
Four or more months of driving experience required.
Preferred: one year truck driving experience (not required).
Background check required.
Clean drug test required.
Clean clearinghouse result required.
Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot platform twice (tested during orientation).

Pet and Guest Policy

Pets are not allowed. Riders aged 7+ after 90 days of safe driving may ride.
