Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Merchandise Selector (Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 2:00 pm) – $250.00 Sign‑On Bonus
Responsibilities- Pick and count items from bins, flat stock and racks to fill orders.
- Load, unload and move product by hand, tote or by skid.
- Verify products using item numbers, descriptions and quantity; inspect for damage or improper packaging; use RF equipment to validate items.
- Batch orders and assign packing slips to pick product to totes using RF scanning.
- Operate basic and advanced powered equipment such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, turret trucks and order pickers.
- Train cross‑functionally in other departments to support business requirements.
- Follow safety guidelines, meet productivity and quality expectations and participate in the Work Clean program.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to work overtime to meet customer needs.
- Valid state driver’s license, where required.
- Internal certification to drive powered equipment within specified time requirements.
- Internal certification to pick DOT‑regulated items, if required.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift materials up to 75 pounds (individual or team), carry, push, pull, climb stairs, balance, kneel, bend, reach high and low, perform repetitive twisting or pressure involving wrist and hands, hear, see, maintain mental alertness for the entire shift, wear personal protective equipment, and operate at heights up to 50 feet. Starting at $19.25 per hour depending on candidate location and experience. The salary range is based on similar roles in comparable industries and the cost of labor in respective cities. Actual compensation is based on relevant experience, education, and pay equity. The Company reserves the right to modify the range as market conditions change.
