Night Shift Warehouse Lead

Northern Nevada 3PL is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, hands‑on Night Shift Warehouse Lead to help support our expanding warehouse operations. As we continue to grow, this role will be important in keeping the night shift organized, productive, safe, and aligned with daily operational priorities.

This role serves as the primary on‑site leadership presence during the night shift. The Night Shift Warehouse Lead will help direct warehouse team members, monitor workflow, support inbound and outbound activity, and communicate any issues, delays, safety concerns, or operational needs to management.

This position will train on day shift for the first 4 weeks before transitioning to the night shift. Applicants must be able to work the day shift training schedule during the initial training period.

• Serve as the primary on‑site leadership presence during night shift
• Support daily night shift warehouse operations
• Help assign work and keep team members on task
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and shift priorities
• Assist with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, putaway, replenishment, and inventory activity as needed
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including order picker, reach truck, and dock stocker
• Communicate issues, delays, labor needs, safety concerns, or operational problems to management
• Help ensure safety, housekeeping, and warehouse standards are followed
• Support training and coaching of warehouse team members
• Help maintain accurate inventory movement and proper product handling
• Lead by example with attendance, communication, urgency, and accountability

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Previous warehouse leadership experience required
• Forklift experience required
• Experience operating order pickers, reach trucks, and dock stockers required
• Forklift trainer experience preferred
• Ability to train on day shift for the first 4 weeks
• Ability to work night shift consistently after training
• Strong attendance and communication are required
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
• Comfortable giving direction and following up with team members
• Able to make sound decisions when management is not on‑site
• Basic computer or warehouse system experience preferred
• Must be dependable, organized, and safety‑focused

We are looking for someone who shows up, communicates clearly, takes ownership, and can help keep the night shift moving without needing constant direction. This is a hands‑on lead position, not a desk‑only role.
