Job Summary
Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator to perform all‑purpose duties, including assisting the front office teammates with tools, training and information to effectively perform their job, providing accurate and timely payroll and HR–related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates, maintaining Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts and Cash Handling procedures to company standards, and delivering a world‑class customer experience to all customers by ensuring consistent application of Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring.
Responsibilities- Assist front office teammates with necessary tools, training and information.
- Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR‑related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable accounts and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
- Provide a world‑class customer experience to all customers by ensuring consistent application of Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring.
- 2+ years of experience within a customer‑facing environment.
- 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (preferred).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions; U.S. employment eligibility verified via E‑Verify.
- Immediately eligible for medical, dental and vision.
- Industry comparable pay – paid weekly and eligible for overtime.
