AP Specialist Opportunity

Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking an experienced AP Specialist to join our client's team on a temp-to-hire basis. Key responsibilities include processing accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently, reviewing invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness, assisting with maintaining accurate AP records and documentation, following established accounting and quality-control procedures, supporting the accounting team with additional AP-related responsibilities as needed, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a quality-focused environment.

Qualifications include 1-3+ years of dedicated accounts payable experience, previous experience working specifically as an AP Specialist is strongly preferred, a strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures, a high school diploma required; some college coursework preferred, strong attention to detail and accuracy, a positive, helpful attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team, and the ability to work effectively in a close-knit accounting department.

Additional details include a temp-to-hire opportunity, target start: immediate, hours: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, with some flexibility, an onsite position, casual business casual dress environment, and $24-$28/hour upon hire.
