Domino's Pizza in Festus, United States is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at 801 Collins Drive. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Processing cash and credit card transactions
- Assisting in pizza preparation and other food-related tasks as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Lifting up to 25 lbs. when necessary
- Adhering to company policies and food safety regulations
Qualifications include:
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow directions and pay attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed

- Basic computer literacy for operating point-of-sale systems

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
