Taylor Robinson Music hires private music instructors, especially for Voice. We do not have a studio in Festus, MO, but we have students needing teachers ASAP. Lessons can be in the student's home, the instructor’s home or studio, or via webcam. Instructors should be local to Festus, MO or willing to travel to students’ homes.

You will be paid on an independent contractor basis, $20–$30 per hour, based on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate. You have the freedom to set your own schedule and curriculum. We handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing so you can focus on teaching music.

Requirements:

• Great with kids, love teaching, and keep good communication with our office.
• Organized and punctual for lessons.
• Formal music training is not mandatory, but either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience is required.
• Will wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing when appropriate.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver private music instruction in Voice to students at various locations.
• Create and adapt lesson plans and curriculums.
• Maintain accurate records of lesson hours, attendance, and billing via our system.
• Ensure a safe teaching environment especially during COVID-19 by wearing masks, sanitizing hands, and maintaining distance as needed.
