Festus, MO | Full‑Time | Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM, plus an every‑other Saturday rotation (8:00 AM‑Noon) in Ste. Genevieve. Choose either overtime pay or a half‑day off during the week. Starting at $18/hr, based on experience.

• Welcome customers into the branch
• Open new checking and savings accounts
• Help someone enroll in mobile banking
• Process teller transactions
• Recommend products that genuinely help customers
• Celebrate milestones like a first home purchase or opening a child’s first savings account
• Work alongside teammates to create an exceptional customer experience

As a Personal Banker, you’ll build lasting customer relationships by helping people choose the right financial solutions while delivering exceptional service every day.

• Open and service personal and business deposit accounts
• Support teller transactions and account maintenance
• Assist customers with online & mobile banking tools
• Recommend banking products based on customer needs
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and professional service
• Support branch goals through teamwork and relationship building

• High school diploma (some college a plus)
• Customer service, banking, or cash‑handling experience preferred
• Strong communication, accuracy, and organization skills
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping people
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools
