VP, Private Client Advisor

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Private Client Advisor to deliver customized banking, lending, and wealth solutions to high-net-worth clients. In this relationship-driven role, you'll manage a portfolio of affluent households, provide tailored financial strategies, and deepen wallet share while maintaining exceptional service. Partner with internal wealth, credit, and treasury teams to design holistic solutions. You'll prospect new relationships, support community initiatives, and ensure full regulatory compliance, all while contributing to a collaborative, integrity-focused culture with strong growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth private banking clients.
• Provide tailored banking, lending, and wealth management solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive financial and credit analyses for client needs.
• Prospect and close new high-net-worth relationships.
• Deepen existing relationships to increase share of wallet and retention.
• Partner with internal wealth, credit, and treasury teams on client strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to banking, securities, and compliance regulations.
• Represent the bank in community and networking events to build visibility.
• Develop and execute a personal business development plan and sales pipeline.
• Mentor junior bankers and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
