PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring a Production Floor Technician for a well-established manufacturer of plastic lighting enclosures used in commercial applications. This is a hands-on manufacturing role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with machinery, quality inspection, and production processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate injection molding, injection blow molding, extrusion blow molding, and sonic welding equipment
• Set up and safely operate production tools and machinery
• Perform trimming, routing, drilling, and finishing of molded plastic products
• Conduct quality inspections using rulers, tape measures, and calipers in both standard and metric measurements
• Monitor product quality and identify defects
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to read and use measuring tools including calipers, rulers, and tape measures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to safely lift up to 45 pounds
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance

• Fast-paced production setting requiring attention to detail and safety

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work the full 3rd shift schedule
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screening requirements
