PROMAN Staffing is hiring a Mold Setter for a plastic injection company in Festus, MO!

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Starting Pay: $20.00/hr based on experience.

• Previous mold setting experience in a plastics manufacturing environment is required
• Injection molding experience is required
• Experience performing mold/tool changeovers
• Ability to use calipers, rulers, and tape measures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
• High School Diploma or GED

• Set and change molds on injection molding, injection blow molding, and extrusion blow molding machines
• Perform production processes including injection molding, blow molding, and sonic welding
• Install, align, and adjust molds and tooling
• Route, trim, and drill finished products
• Conduct quality inspections and dimensional checks
• Pack and label finished goods
• Maintain production and quality standards throughout the shift

• Has hands-on experience setting molds in a plastics manufacturing facility
• Has strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Pays close attention to detail
• Works well independently and with a team
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Is reliable with excellent attendance
