ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician. Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate outcomes.
Manage a caseload of patients with a wide range of health conditions, deliver patient education, treatment, and emotional support. Anticipate and respond to changes in clinical status, maintain excellent rapport with patients and families, and communicate consistently with doctors and other healthcare professionals. Ensure concise and accurate documentation of medication changes and care plans.
Incentives and Benefits- Full Time (40 hrs. per week), Day Shift
- Gas Mileage Offered – $0.70/mile

- Experience: Prefer one year experience in a related field.
- Education: Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Missouri and a licensed driver.
- Certifications: BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association is required.
