We are recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse for our Acute Rehab (ARU) unit. The role is part‑time (2–12 hours per week) with day‑shift availability.

Assists in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas. Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department. Functions as a staff nurse as needed. Assumes administrative duties as delegated by the manager. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state or via a compact; responsible for maintaining compliance with state board of nursing requirements.
• Physical demands: must push, pull, and lift 50 pounds regularly; prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting required.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be required by unit or department.
• Eligible for bridging programs: ASN to BSN, BSN to MSN (up to $16,000), or RN loan forgiveness ($370/month up to $20,000).

• $10,000 sign‑on bonus for experienced RN (no contract required).

• RN loan forgiveness: up to $370 per month toward loan payments ($20,000 cap). Must start with Mercy within 12 months of graduation.
