Position: Emergency Department RN responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, and coordinate with other departments.
Responsibilities: Maintain patient rights and confidentiality, ensure professional accountability, and provide care consistent with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), hold a current RN license, and obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, patient advocacy, teamwork, and communication skills.
Additional Details: Night shift, 36 hours per week, with a premium sign-on bonus for graduate and experienced nurses.
