Role:
The Float Pool Registered Nurse provides direct patient care across all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care activities.
Responsibilities:They coordinate patient care with ancillary departments to ensure optimal comfort and outcomes, perform duties in line with nursing practice guidelines, and adhere to organizational and ethical standards.
Key Duties:Work in various units such as ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, Med-Surg, and Rehab based on experience. Develop clinical assessment skills, enhance communication, teamwork, and flexibility.
Qualifications:Must have a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), maintain an active RN license, and obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
