Seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to provide patient care across perioperative services, including Pre-Op, OR, PACU, and RNFA roles.
Responsibilities Include- Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality patient care
- Evaluating care effectiveness and coordinating with other departments
- Ensuring patient rights, confidentiality, and safety throughout the surgical journey
- Supporting patients emotionally and physically before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborating with surgical teams and advocating for patient needs
- Graduate of a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license and maintenance of licensure as per state requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications for RNFA role (CNOR, RNFA class)
- Perioperative nursing experience preferred for advanced roles
- Strong communication, teamwork, and compassion
- Ability to create a safe, comforting environment for patients and families
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth
