Role Overview: This position involves providing direct patient care across all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse collaborates with ancillary departments to enhance patient comfort and outcomes, working within the scope of nursing practice and adhering to ethical standards and institutional policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform duties consistent with nursing guidelines, mission, and values.
• Educate patients on procedures, surgical expectations, and medication management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment plans for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license for the relevant state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Compassionate, team-oriented, adaptable, and dedicated to patient care.

Additional Details: The role is based in a fast-paced 30-bed unit caring for patients of all ages, many with chronic illnesses requiring multidiscipline treatment.
