This RN delivers compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adult and adolescent patients. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, suicide and risk screening, crisis de-escalation, and coordination of individualized care plans. You will collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff while maintaining a safe, trauma-informed environment.
