Capstone Restaurant Group - Up to $80000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to motivate and improve the performance of all Team Members;
Evaluates each restaurant's QSC standards and provides regular feedback and coaching on improvement;
Communicates customer comments and concerns to the appropriate Restaurant Manager and follows up to ensure timely resolution; actively recruits new General Managers and GMITs; ensures Team Members are prepared for promotion;
Evaluates overall performance of General Managers and GMITs based on clearly communicated standards and expectations
