• Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat and in‑house systems.
• Educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of loan terms and options.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred:
  Experience in sales, collections or customer service.

Monday‑Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
