Do complex control issues energize you? Can you scan a wiring diagram and quickly pinpoint a fault? Are PLCs, sensors, motors, and drives your comfort zone? If so, this role invites you to keep a fast-moving plant running safely and efficiently.
The challenge
Own electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for production equipment and facility systems
Diagnose and restore performance of motors, drives, starters, breakers, transformers, and control systems
Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to guide safe, accurate work Engage with PLCs, instrumentation, and electronic controls
Install/replace components: motors, valves, thermocouples, transmitters
Advance preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime
Document activities in CMMS; create/track work orders and locate parts
Operate mobile equipment and support rigging tasks when needed
Uphold safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Your toolkit
Industrial electrical maintenance experience
Expert troubleshooting across electrical and control systems
Exposure to PLCs, instrumentation, and automation (preferred)
Ability to read/interpret schematics and technical drawings
Familiarity with power distribution and AC/DC circuitry
Competence with hand tools, test instruments, and measuring devices
Self-starter who collaborates well with a team Conditions of work
Lift up to 100 lbs Comfort at heights, within confined spaces, and in varying temperatures
Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and repetitive motion
Work around dust, fumes, and typical industrial conditions
Next steps
