Larson Automotive Group is hiring an Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialist for our corporate accounting office. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career in accounting or finance.

• Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
• Maintain organized AP/AR records and documentation
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Help resolve billing or vendor discrepancies
• Support month-end accounting processes
• Assist with daily accounting office operations

• $43,000 – $59,000 annual pay
• Paid training and hands‑on accounting experience
• Full‑time stable office schedule

• Associate's degree or equivalent; or six months to a year experience; or a combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Mathematical aptitude to include calculating figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
