Front Desk Customer Service Opportunity in a Luxury Dealership
Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is seeking a Cashier / Appointment Coordinator to support our service department and deliver a high-level customer experience.
This is a full-time position for someone who is organized, reliable, and enjoys working with customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are professional and comfortable managing both customer interactions and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Process payments accurately and balance transactions daily
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service timing and expectations
- Support the service team with administrative coordination
- $36,000 – $44,000 annual pay

Requirements- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
