The Operations Associate Ocean Export at Maersk’s Fife facility delivers customer service by answering calls and tracking shipments. Maersk’s global network and integrated solutions help us plan distribution, manage exceptions, and meet customer expectations consistently.
Responsibilities include responding to emails, updating shipment status, data entry, and supporting pilots and cartage agents as needed. Shift 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday.
