We are looking for a highly skilled Early Years Practitioner passionate about improving life chances for all children and young people. As a practitioner, you will promote children’s learning, development and welfare within a nursery context, champion inclusion, diversity and equality, communicate with stakeholders and contribute to the wider nursery development.

• HNC Childhood Practice/Early Years Education & Childcare OR SVQ Level 3 Social Services, Children and Young People
• Registered with SSSC at practitioner level within 3 months of starting employment, and complete required post registration training and learning (PRTL) over the registration period
• Working knowledge of the Curriculum for Excellence, realising the ambition and child development from birth to 5 years
• High levels of interpersonal skills enabling positive outcomes for all children and young people in your setting
• Obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland prior to appointment
