The Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor position is responsible for working in a dual capacity while providing superior guest service. Duties for this position include:
1.
Table Games Dealer: Greet patrons, handle buy‑in and payoff transactions, and deal table games while adhering to department policies and procedures. Communicate with managers and staff, verify fills, credits, and chip amounts issued.
2.
Floor Supervisor: Oversee games in progress, monitor customers and employees in assigned sections, safeguard company assets, issue playing cards and dice for any irregularities, and handle any guest issues or questions. Additional duties include handling guest buy‑ins and payouts, tracking and rating players, and enforcing rules and regulations established by the casino.
All job duties may be amended by the department manager as necessary.
Compensation:
Starts at $16.76/hr plus tips with a dual rate up to $33.54/hr after successful completion of a 90‑day orientation, the rate increases to $16.76/hr plus tips with a dual rate up to $35.10/hr.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Satisfactory completion of dealer’s training school or casino‑approved equivalent
- Proven abilities as a casino dealer
- At least two years of dealing experience is required
- Must be able to deal and supervise at least two types of table games (Blackjack, Roulette, and Craps)
- Must exhibit leadership qualities with growth potential
- Must be able to effectively use Windows PC and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stand for longer than 8 hours
- Must tolerate a smoke‑filled environment
- Must work all scheduled shifts, including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
All applicants must obtain a Class III A license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
Pre‑employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant unless the position requires driving a company vehicle.
